Amazing wisdom from this young woman. "Righteousness" itself really isn't a trap, it's self-righteousness and legalism that's the trap. Think the Pharisees who persecuted Jesus unto death, after Jesus called them out for their hypocrisy.
And that's the cruel thing about the pursuit of self-righteousness, it will ALWAYS leave you being a hypocrite, always. Just think of the so-called "social justice warriors" who are quick to condemn any activity they don't like, but refuse to take responsibility for any of their own contributions to injustice.
